CONTINUE: RYAN MOATS AND COP

It was reported in wfaa.com that the cop in the video, Officer Robert Powell, has been placed on leave facing internal charges of misconduct. Dallas Police Chief David Kunkle finds this situation an embarrassment and can’t believe that during that time the officer involved failed to use common sense and compassion.

But still, Officer Robert Powell does not see what he did wrong and frankly he could of just let Ryan see his mother-in-law than after give him a ticket or just let him off the hook one time. People who have no compassion like that shouldn’t serve as a cop in our nation. It seems people are lacking common sense lately.
